After working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I found myself frustrated by the limitations within the medical system. Then a positive pregnancy test changed everything, and I discovered midwifery.
In 2018, I became a Licensed Midwife in Washington State.
As a mother of 5 boys, I understand firsthand the beauty, challenges, and profound transformation of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

Doula Support
Janelle is currently completing her Washington State doula certification. Doula support will be available later this fall for families who want dedicated labor and postpartum companionship alongside their existing care team. Check back soon for details.
